Birthday Parties
Flex Gymnastics is the perfect spot to celebrate your child's BIG day. They will run, flip, and bounce their day away while creating lasting memories with their closest friends. Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at both 1:00 and 4:00. All parties are 2 hours and will include gym time and a private party room for food/present time. Each party price includes 15 friends plus our special guest of honor. Additional friends are $10 each. We do not provide any party supplies, food, or beverages and we do not allow alchoholic beverages in the building.

Flex Ultimate Package $350
Get the best of both worlds and have access to both the gymnastics equipment and ninja equipment!! Combining these together creates the ultimate party that every kid will talk about. Having both areas requires 2 party hosts to ensure safety on the equipment.
This package comes with 15 friends plus the Birthday Honoree
1 hour and 15 minutes of open gym time on the gymnastics AND ninja equipment which requires 2 party hosts for safety
Organized Games can be requested by the Birthday Family - Otherwise, the party will be ran in an open gym style
Party host will also help with gymnastic skills on equipment that is appropriate for each kid’s skill level if desired and also help navigate the ninja obstacles
45 minutes in the party room where party host will assist with food/present time
