Preschool
The Preschool Program at Flex Gymnastics is a fun program that introduces our youngest athletes to gymnastics. This program is offered for our toddler aged girls and boys. They will benefit from organized instruction focusing on fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, strength, listening skills, spatial awareness, independence, and the joy of movement. The Preschool Program at Flex is a great springboard to higher levels of gymnastics, as well as any other athletic pursuits in the future.

Recreational Gymnastics
The Recreational Program at Flex Gymnastics provides entry-level athletes an opportunity to experience the fun, discipline, and commitment the sport requires, while building relationships with classmates and coaches. As athletes advance through the Recreational Program, they gain confidence and begin to identify as a gymnast, allowing them to gage their interest in progressing further in the sport. Flex Gymnastics allows the athlete every option to love the sport at the level of their choice

Team Gymnastics
Flex Gymnastics competes in the USA Gymnastics Excel Program and the USAG Optional Program. The Excel Program allows young competitive gymnasts to concentrate on gaining skills while focusing routines on what they do well. Flex begins competition with our Bronze level team, progressing through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire.
Because of its emphasis on fundamental skill development and individual strengths, the Excel Program is ideal preparation to feed into Optional Gymnastics. Flex offers USAG Level 6-10 with a comprehensive program including a full competitive schedule, and the opportunity to advance as far as the athlete's skill and heart can take them.
